We have compiled a list of common questions regarding New Body Bootcamp. If there is a question that isn’t answered here for you, please use the form at the bottom of this page, where you will get a swift response.

Will I be sore?
Yes! Being sore after you first start is part of the process of your body developing and building back stronger, but you’ll get used to it. Most of our campers don’t like it if they’re not a little sore after sessions, it shows that you’ve worked hard and is a signal to body change. If you’ve not been sore before after exercise then you’d really have to question whether you’ve developed.

Will you push me and shout at me?
Yes! If you’re not putting in the effort, you’ll know about it. You’re at bootcamp. Hey, but we’re nice too. We tackle everyone as an individual. We’re here to get the best out of you and develop you both physically and emotionally.

Why is New Body Bootcamp so different?
We’re one of the only indoor bootcamps, operating all year round meaning you get exceptional results without getting soaked. What’s more, you can go home after upto 5 / 1hour sessions per week. We’re based in a gymnastics club, so we use crazy, fun equipment to get you fit! You will want to come back time and time again.

How long does the camp last for?
Sessions are for 1 hour daily, but we’re ongoing. We never stop and we want people to keep on coming back and building us into their routine. We offer graduation packages or month-2-month training.

Is there accommodation?
No, currently the camp is targeted at those in Exeter who can reach us on a daily basis and then get back to their routines, thus helping to develop lifelong fitness habits.

How much weight can I lose at New Body Bootcamp?
This differs for everyone based on your current weight, but you can lose 7-12lbs in 30 days at New Body bootcamp. What’s more, you’ll gain energy, feel healthier and generate new long term habits.

Are there shower facilities?
No. You will need to prepare your timing to change at home.

Can I pay per session?
Due to motivation, gaining optimum results and attracting clients who are looking for long term change, we only offer monthly payment terms and block session bookings.

What do I need to bring?
Towel, water and trainers. Although trainers are NOT allowed on the gymnastics club floor, please bring them if we decide to go outside. With this in mind, you may want to bring socks.

Are there any age restictions?
You must be 18 years or older to enroll.

What kind of exercises will I be performing?
Our aim at New Body Bootcamp is to make it completely fun, so we use the gymnastics environment to bring in exercises you would have never performed before, a lot of which use your own body weight which impacts the body far greater than traditional methods. We cover the whole body, including lots of exercises that strengthen your abdominals. We group exercises together to keep your heart rate up and ensure your body is pushed to its limits while making it fun. We’re firm, and we’ll take you to a new level, while being friendly and approachable!

How often is New Body Bootcamp?
The camp runs Monday to Friday, so you can get 5 sessions in per week if you want to and this produces excellent results in a very short amount of time.

Do you cover nutrition?
Yes, we cover nutrition 1-1 if required and provide group information, analysing food diaries.
