Yes, our workouts are the most varied and fun you will have ever experienced, but sweat and digging deeper then you ever have are definitely required at New Body Bootcamp.

We use a variety of equipment from the gymnastics club we work from and this gives us the unique edge over any gym or service offered in the area, period, but we won’t be teaching you back flips and somersaults. You’ll be flipping mats, jumping in our famous ‘Pit’, playing games, running, bouncing, throwing, and doing all sorts of things you’ve ever thought of. This isn’t ‘20 pressups’ until your sick style, but we wont let anyone off the hook or we wouldn’t be bringing the best out of you long term which is what is required. We want to set you new standards, for life!
