Can You Dodge A Ball?
Just when you thought that New Body Bootcamp couldn’t get any more crazy, we’ve now introduced Dodgeball! If you haven’t seen the hilarious film, it’s well worth watching before you come and tackle our faced paced game that is great for agility, speed, reaction training and of course shifting the pounds while having fun.
The game is quite simple – throw the ball as hard as you can to try and hit the payers on the other team. If you hit them, they’re out – if they catch the ball you throw, you’re out and another player can come back in from their team. We play Dodeball after the main sessions depending on the numbers in camp. Needless to say, it’s proven to be a winner since it was introduced last week.

(Please note that unlike the movie clip shows, dodgeball is 100% safe using balls and speeds that DO NOT HURT! Ha ha! – also I do not use wrenches on bootcamps for practice)
