Gym Exeter – Top Tips on Fitness Success

iStock_000004171828MediumIf you really want to get fit, change your body shape and ultimately get results, you’re going to need a solution that suits you. What works for one person won’t work for another. Sometimes people can develop what we call ‘negative associations’ to exercise. You’ve had a bad experience, didn’t get results and now you think the same thing will happen. Why didn’t you get to where you wanted to be. Were you properly comitted? Did you invest in yourself properly and get good quality instuction? This is a must.

Unfortunately a lot of gyms in Exeter simply want you to come in, pay their membership fees and then leave you in the dark, expecting for to get to your goal on your own. Would you just leap in a car and start driving it without hiring a driving instructor? No? It’s the same with fitness, except that’s one other big rule that’s important in order to get results – you need to be pushed passed your cumfort zone, especially after you’ve been training for a while and then reach a plateau. Typically, Janauary comes and everyone gets motivated to get fit and lose weight. But then what happens? You lose motivation and nobody is there to keep pushing you. Sending those texts to keep you on track, pushing you that exata step of the way.

So what’s the solution. Well, hiring a personal trainer is a good place to start, altho for some this can be an overly expensive option with charges at around £30 to £40 per hour. Another great option is to train with others in a group setting like at New Body Bootcamp. At a fraction of the cost you get expert motivation, variation, fun and work out with others. Once people try their free week, they’re hooked, and it’s not suprising why.

Before picking your gym in Exeter ask yourself these questions. Will they take care of you as a customer and not just leave you to get on – will they be there beyond the two week initial motivation period. Will they look deeply at your nutrition. Will they offer you varied exercise with other likeminded people? Chances are the answer is no, so if you generally ‘don’t like gym’s, New Body Bootcamp is your solution… Come and try that free week and fit into those perfect jeans again…
