Fitness Classes – The Good, The Bad and The Ugly

If you want to get toned up, in shape and change your life you have a lot of different options available. For those who don’t enjoy the gym environment, fitness classes are a great option as you get the chance to workout with other like minded people. However, many fitness classes have major problem when it comes to increasing result – many people get an initial benefit but then they seem to maintain. This is quite simply because the intensity sticks on one level throughout the entirety of the class. At bootcamp you get the chance to build on your personal bests, and this is where real results come through.

lisaweb1So, if you’re thinking about attending a fitness class, make sure it’s the right one for you. Ensure you get a good mixture of strength work with high intensity intervals to increase your fitness levels, speed up your metabolism and help you to leap forward quickly with your goals.

Another major issue is nutrition. Here at New Body Bootcamp, we look into what you’re eating which is 50 percent of your effort. Sure we’ll push you at camp and get the best out of you, but you also need to stick with a good, solid, sustainable eating plan that works best for you!
