Exeter Mums Get 10am-11am Bootcamp Fitness

75940737New Body Bootcamp is pleased to annouce the launch of its latest time, excusively for Exeter Mums who want to get fit. Three times per week from 9th November 2009, Exeter Mums will be able to get in shape, gain toned muscles, more energy and zest for life with Simon Lovell’s exclusive fun workout plans, specfically designed for mums.

New Body Bootcamp: Mums will be the ultimate ‘mama toned’ experience, mixing fun team games with circuits, fitness tests and more, both inside and outside at Exeter Gymnastics Club. The fun venue plays host to a sprung floor, crash mats, balancing beams and much more. The varied sessions will enable Exeter mums to get some special time to themselves once the kids are at school or are being babysat for just 3 hours per week.

Self confidence expert, diet author and media featured personal trainer Simon Lovell said: “It’s very important that mums keep their identity, and maintaining the optimum bodyshape is really important in this process. While fitness pays a huge role, nutrition is vitally important and this will all be covered at New Body Bootcamp: Mums.
